3R Episode on Sexuality is banned
This weeks episode titled "Bukan Gadis Biasa" which deals with Sexuality has been banned by the Lembaga Penapisan or censorship board. According to the Censor board, 3R is promoting lesbianism!! The episode deals with the issue of being gay and interviews 2 older lesbians who are comfortable with their lifestyle and a licensed counselor. We had originally planned for 2 episodes on this issue. The Censor board obviously thinks we are too liberal in our approach. So we have appealed to the Censor board and we are waiting anxiously for them to release the episode. In the meantime this week will be an episode on Self defense Tips for women which is taken from our VCD titled "Respond" which is sold on this website. In light of a spate of violence against women, one must always be prepared and we hope this episode will benefit many women out there. In the meantime we will keep our fingers crossed that the Censor Board will allow us to show our sexuality episode.
