Dream Careers
What is your dream career and how can you get it? 3R poses this question to our three ambitious hosts and gets vastly different answers. Yuen's dream is to "be rich" and so she seeks the advice of a suitably wealthy mentor. Meanwhile, Azah is not sure what suits her and embarks on a journey of self-discovery. And Rafidah? Her dream job, as an agent for animal talents, is non-existent in Malaysia. Can she still make her dream come true?

Sebagai pelajar yang baru sahaja tamat SPM dan masih tercari-cari bidang yang hendak di pilih untuk melanjutkan pelajaran, jujur saya katakan disini, episod kali ini benar-benar membuka mata saya untuk melihat aspek karier dengan lebih global. Saya yakin, setelah menonton apa yang dipaparkan oleh 3R, saya dapat memenuhi impian keluarga saya dan pada masa yang sama, saya turut dapat memenuhi impian saya sendiri walaupun saya terpaksa berkorban masa, duit,dan tenaga. Tetapi saya yakin, saya boleh! Apa salahnya menjadi penulis skript yang memiliki ijazah undang-undang, kan?

Wan Haniza, Seremban Since the new season of 3R,I haven't miss any of ur episodes yet.this week's episode,'dream career' made me wanted to write to 3R.i have to admit i'm starting to lurve ur prog. WHY???there're so many reasons why...it seems that ur prog knows what i'm facing in life.To tell u the truth,i'm having probs in knowing what i want to do in life...and thanks to 3R i started to think what i should do in future..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK..!!!

Nur Farhana, Penang I used to have doubts on what I want to do after SPM, just so very clueless about which University i want to go into later and what I want to take up once I go there. Thanks to 3R, I am now more confident and I think I'm more likely to be a chemical engineer!! Thanks again 3R. Keep it up girls!

 

Episode Three
Women firefighters
Women firefighters!! Do they exist in Malaysia? YES! Are our hosts qualified for the job? NO!! Watch as Azah, Yuen and Rafidah fail miserably in the recruitment tests, and then try the life of recruits at the Akademi Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia. They also get the answers to some of their burning questions: What do firefighters do all day long? What is in the fire engine? And do firefighters really wear red and slide down the pole at the station? Find out all this, only on 3R!

When i look at how they have been trained before becoming a real firefighter,i see that it is not easy to become a firefighter.They have to be well prepared physically and mentally. Once again i'm so proud and impressed with our malaysian women!Way to Go!

Suriati Nurfaziera , Melaka Bagi saya isu 'Pregnant', ni memang menarik minat saya selaku saye ni wanita walaupun masih muda untuk fikirkan semua itu. Namun sebagai wanita naluri kita tetap inginkan anak suatu hari nanti hasil perkahwinan kita nanti.Jadi kepada remaja-remaja yang sudah berumahtangga janganlah risau mengenai kehamilan kerana apabila anda bersedia ke alam perkhawinan ini bermakna anda juga bersedia untuk menghadapi cahayamata. Kalau belum bersedia janganlah ambil keputusan terburu-buru untuk berkahwin. Kalau berkerjaya, teruskan kerjaya anda dan bila sudah berjaya..fikirkan tentang PERKAHWINAN DAN KELUARGA.

Nadiah Nurul, Segambut Kebiasaannya wanita mempunyai keinginan untuk bergelar seorang ibu selepas sahaja berkahwin. Namun sewajarnya kehamilan perlulah dirancang terlebih dahulu bagi mengelakkan sebarang masalah yang melibatkan kewangan,belum bersedia dan lain-lain lagi.Wanita juga perlulah melengkapkan diri dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan kehamilan dan perlulah membuat persediaan rapi dari segi fizikal dan mental.Semua perkara yang dibincangkan diatas amat perlu diambil kira sebelum kehamilan, agar wanita itu tidak akan menghadapi sebarang masalah & ketegangan mental emosi apabila menempuh alam kehamilan.Pada pendapat saya persetujuan untuk untuk hamil perlu ada bagi pasangan suami & isteri untuk menjamin kesejahteraan & keamanan rumahtangga.

Pearl, Kuching Pesakit AIDS dan HIV sering dipandang rendah oleh masyarakat menyebabkan mereka sering putus harapan, rendah diri dan menyendiri. Zuria Hamdi, Sibu 3r minggu lepas betul-betul membuatkan saya sedar betapa pentingnya pengetahuan tentang AIDS.Ini lebih membuatkan saya lebih berhati-hati dan kesedaran tentang HIV & AIDS amat perlu untuk semua lapisan masyarakat khususnya remaja. Banyak org menganggap bahawa pengidap AIDS & HIV adalah pengamal carahidup yang negatif. Namun tidak semua org yang mengamalkan carahidup yang sihat yang tidak dijangkiti AIDS.Oleh itu, jangan sesekali kita menganggap bahawa kita adalah 'jauh' dari AIDS.AIDS ada dimana-mana.Tahniah 3r kerana berjaya membuka mata remaja seperti saya.

 

Episode Six
Women Making Changes
Something bothering you? Unhappy about a situation? Then do something! In 3R this week, Rafidah, Azah and Yuen take a good look around and decide that they want to make a change. The girls find out how they can be more proactive in everyday situations, as well as the different platforms for creating change, such as politics and volunteer work. Also, check out the 3R Day special where everybody rallied together to support the Stop Violence Against Women campaign. A must-see episode!

Safer Environment for women

And what about the role that men play? 3R talks to three ordinary men on how they can help to promote a greater feeling of security among the women they come into contact with. The three girls find out how easy (or hard) it is to host 3R, and give their views on image and beauty. Also, catch their 3-on-3 showdown with Azah, Yuen and Rafidah on the basketball court. Episode Twelve
Cyber Romance
In the Information Age, even romance has gone electronic. The internet has become one of the hottest places to meet, and one of the fastest ways of building relationships. But what is the reality of these cyber romances? Can they last? Are they dangerous? 3R meets with a young couple who is proof of cyber success, and with one young woman who has been through a 'net nightmare. Also, follow a pair of young chatters as they meet face-to-face for the first time after getting acquainted on the internet. And, Azah, Yuen and Rafidah share safety tips for internet users. All on 3R!

Cindy I did chat on line a few times, but I wasn't being honest to my cyber friends; I thought that it was not safe to be sincere in making friends through the internet. Yet, now I feel that there are really marvelous people chatting on line, with sincerity in knowing some good friends. I guess 'Honesty the best policy' is a popular saying that is undoubtedly true. Starting now, I will be honest to people I meet on line, and who knows, I might even find my romance there.Thanks to 3r.

Ija Ali Online Chatting dah menjadi kebiasaan dlm masyarakat kita terutama sekali muda-mudi. Memang betul Chatting ni adalah satu medium untuk berinteraksi.Tapi yg menjadi masalahnya ada diantara chatters yg menyalahgunakannya.Hairan juga bila tengok ada young girls yg senang2 aje diajak keluar oleh org yg tidak dikenali tak kira waktu.Yang paling lawaknya ada juga lelaki yang berangan nak cari girlfriend secantik Miss Universe dlm IRC!Alahai!Dalam Online chatting ni macam2 boleh jadi.Terpulang la pada diri kita menentukan mana satu yang baik untuk diri kita.

Challenge
3R goes to Ipoh! In this last episode of the fourth season, the three hosts are faced with a dilemma: complete the 3R Challenge successfully or be replaced by new hosts next season! Watch Azah, Yuen and Rafidah as they navigate, crawl, swim, jump, roll, bang, build, beg and paddle their way through the challenge. From the Ipoh Turf Club to Gua Tempurung, from a roadside stall to a four-star hotel, the girls have to survive 24 hours with only RM10 and the clothes on their back! Don't miss this exciting finale of the season!
