Episode One
Slimming
"I need to lose weight!" A common cry from women of all shapes and sizes. In this first episode of the fifth season, Rafidah, Yuen and Azah try different weight-loss methods offered by slimming centres. They also talk to various people about slimming pills, slimming teas, slimming creams and the like. And, watch as the girls prepare themselves a balanced breakfast in 10 minutes flat! All in 3R!

Rahsia Saya
Lately more and more incest cases are being uncovered. The question is: why is this problem so prevalent? This week Azah, Yuen and Rafidah discuss this issue with social workers and a psychiatrist. Among others, 3R looks at some of the tell-tale signs evident on a victim, and the steps than one can take to help them. And, what can we do to protect our children from this heinous crime? All in 3R!

Episode Three
Wanita & Undang - Undang
"Hudud laws are unfair to women!" "Citizenship laws are unfair to women!" Alas, it is true: in our sacred motherland there are laws that discriminate against women. This week, Azah, Yuen and Rafidah take a look at some situations where women get the raw end of the legal deal. Also, a refresher course on democratic law-making, a chat with women who deal with unfair laws on a daily basis, and what you can do to influence the law. All on 3R!

Episode Four
Life on Campus
3R in Penang! In this episode, Rafidah, Azah and Yuen visit Universiti Sains Malaysia to have a look at life on campus. What are some of the common problems faced by “freshies” in local universities? How can students improve their situations? What does a degree really mean? Why go to university, anyway? These are some of the questions explored in this episode. Also, watch out for appearances by USM students and faculty members! All on 3R!

Episode Five
Breast
3R this week highlights a part of the human body that is usually either covered or coveted: breasts. Rafidah, Azah and Yuen share their own traumatic experiences with their breasts, and a young woman who went through a cancer scare reflects on what her breasts mean to her. 3R checks out the best breast care methods, including buying the proper bra, exercising, as well as taking pills and potions. Also, what actually goes on during a mammogram, and how do you do breast self-examination, anyway? All in 3R!

Rina, Butterworth I would like to congratulate you guys for being brave enough to discuss about breast and other issues concerning it. Some people might think that 3R are being too open minded but in my opinion the topic is nevertheless crucial and very relevant to women. It's a dirty job but somebody had to do it right?

Episode Six
Bersantai di Kelantan
Join Azah, Rafidah and Yuen on 3r this week as they take a trip east to Kota Bharu, Kelantan!! There, they learn more about the local culture, make new friends, dispel the myths of Kelantan as well as the steps taken by women and youths of Kelantan in making Kelantan a happening place!

Shahira Zaireen, Seremban When I saw the promo of your latest episode, the one about Kelantan, I knew I had to tune it to see if you guys were not joking. My first thoughts were, “Oh no! Here we go again; they don’t know what they’re talking about!”. The thing about your show is that it’s very tongue and cheek, so viewers have to take it with a pinch of salt. But I have to admit that this particular episode touched a few sensitive spots.

Dimana Bumi Dipijak
Azah, Rafidah & Yuen goes to Sarawak!! There, they experience the life, culture and richness of not only Kuching town, but also that of an Iban community at the Batang Ai Longhouse. Come join them in a fulfilling and unforgettable experience as they live off the land. All this and more on 3R!

Stereotaip-Stereotaip Jantina
Azah, Rafidah and Yuen takes a look into gender stereotypes in the workplace! Can women be mechanics and men nurses? Why do we conform to these stereotypes ? Join us this week as we talk to several people who are courageous enough to break these norms. All this and more on 3R!!

Bukan Hanya Kawan

Addiwiyah Noor, Selangor I really like the idea yang team 3R cuba ketengahkan dalam setiap episod. Episod 'hanya kawan' membuatkan saya rasa kembali ke zaman belajar, memang betul apa yang you all lakonkan tu happen to myself. My best friend and i broke up, boleh guna perkataan broke up ke.... sebab dia ada boyfriend. Masa tu tuhan sahajalah yang tahu cemana perasaan saya, cemburu adalah perkataan yang tepat, sebab masa dia untuk i dah habis kat bf dia. Dan masa tu saya berjanji pada diri sendiri, kalau saya ada boyfriend nanti i wont be like her. After graduation, dia terus hilang, but thanks to 3R for that episode, sebab best friend i yang dah hilang tu call i balik lepas dia tengok episod you all tu... thanks 3R, i dah jumpa balik my long lasting friend..

Nelazahar Junaidi , Serawak Pada minggu lepas, saya da menonton 3r yang bertajuk bukan hanya kawan. Saya sungguh tak sangka semua pengacara 3r begitu berbakat dalam bidang lakonan. Terutama kak Rafidah. Saya rasa terharu apabila melihat kak rafidah begitu tertekan di luar negara apabila dua kawan nya masih berada dalam keadaan yang sukar di sebabkan perselihan faham. Oleh itu saya mengerti bahawa apa yang dilakukan oleh pengacara 3r itu sangat berharga untuk kita semua. Pada pendapat saya, walaupun kaya semana pun, tanpa kawan hidup kita tak bererti kerana kawanlah kita dapat hidup gembira. Saya rasa begitu sedih apabila mengetahui kak rafidah akan meninggalkan 3r ini. Saya harap kak rafidah tabah menghadapi dugaan di London nanti.

Mencari Hos Baru
Azah, Rafidah and Yuen go on a nationwide search. The mission… find the next 3R host to replace one of them!! Who will bid adieu and who will be the new host ? Join the original trio when they say Respect, Relax and Respond for one last time!!

Celine Chan , Selangor Although i haven't really been an avid follower of the programme, but i've always felt that it's one of the best around, giving girls and women the feeling of confidence and security that they need, helping them overcome issues that, sometimes, we prefer to keep to ourselves. and it helps educate the men too! when i heard someone was leaving the show a couple of months ago, somehow, i had this aching feeling coz you guys have built such a good rapport and relationship, between yourselves and the audience. It just feels like one of your good friends are going away, not knowing whether you'll have the chance to see her again. Well, at least this was how i felt :P i'll try to catch Kartini on the show. haha...though i know she's no rafidah, i'm sure you've chosen the best to continue the job for her. All my best wishes for rafidah. And all the best for yuen and azah, too!

Siti Aishah , Sarawak hi! 3R is best show for teenager & every woman... kak Rafidah now leaving 3R to continue her study , but we have new host in 3R show. i hope kak Kartini can spend a great time with Yuen & Kak Azah like Kak Rafidah with Yuen & Kak Azah. by the way , last week my sister in kl , were robbed . she remember about 3R respond , so .. she bit the robber with her handbag nad then the robber ran away with his bicycle...my sister thanks a lot to 3R about respond something..that's all from me...

Wanita dalam Dunia Otomobil
Kartini - 3R's new host, joins Azah and Yuen in this week's episode of 3R! Together the girls venture into the world of automobiles and experience a day in the lives of 3 females who have earned a place in this "masculine" world - as a mechanic, a lorry driver and a taxi driver.

Mazidah Mohamad, Perak Saya merupakan peminat setia rancangan ini. Pada saya, rancangan ini sangat bagus dan memberi saya gaalkan dan kayakinan untuk saya meneruskan dengan pendirian saya. untuk pengetahuan yuen, azah dan kartini, saya sedang mengikuti satu program pengajian yang jarang-jarang diceburi oleh golongan wanita. Setelah saya melihat episod yang menceritakan tentang pekerjaan berat yang diakukan oleh 3 orang wanita pada episod lalu, saya menjadi lebih berkeyakinan dan berani. Saya doakan agar 3r akan terus hidup and thanks to you guys......

Broken Families
This week on 3R, Azah, Yuen and Kartini look at divorce …Does it concern only the adults or do the children have a say? Hear from those who have actually gone through the trials and tribulations of it all. Then, decide for yourself.

Walaupun saya mempunyai keluarga yg bahagia, ini tidak bermakna saya tidak terlepas dari situasi yang dipaparkan dalam episod tersebut, sekiranya saya berkeluarga kelak. Marilyn Perreau, Sabah Saya mempunyai seorang kawan yang mempunyai masalah ibubapa telah bercerai! selepas menonton rancangan 3R mengenai papa & mama bercerai? akhirnya dia dapat menerima kenyataan dan menganggap ia sebagai dugaan hidup. kini dia beriktihar tidak akan berputus asa dan meneruskan hidup hingga mencapai kejayaan yang diingini kerana ibubapa bercerai bukan satu penghalang untuk kita mencapai cita-cita!

Norfaezah Mohd, Miri HI there!! Of all the episode that have been broadcasted, I really love the last week's episode - "Papa dan Mama nak bercerai". I have been experienced this kind of thing when I was 4 years old and it's 11 years now my parents have divorced. Our society acts rather strangely to teenagers and kids whose parents have divorced. For instant like me, my whole family have one principle and that is "No men in this world is good enough" and I really hate that principle. I mean it's not fair that if our parents divorced, then we also have to avoid the opposite sex because we might end up like our parents be. I really think that 3R have done a really great show last week because u guys have the guts to bring up such matter and I really hope that our society can accept teenagers like me just equally. Thank you.
