I must say...one of the advises you gave last nite on the topic of jealousy has worked for years for me and my partner. Everytime anyone of us starts to get angry, jealous or feels uncomfortable, the words "ILoveU" comes into play. Of course say it with those puppy eyes and a smile...It gives assurance and it works! |

Honestly, I am not a big fan of 3R. I USED to think it's another show talking about useless stuff. So when I was watched last sunday show, I was suprised & pleased to see a local programme discussing a topic which most Malaysian women would find embarassing & uncomfortable with. it's also very real with the 'kat bawah' phrase. I mean most malaysian women still refer their private parts that way. So, Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to the all next shows. Cheers! |

This is a question most women ask themselves when it comes to dealing with insensitive or over friendly male colleagues. This episode also contains the coverage of the "very happening" International Women's Day celebration held in Kuching, Sarawak on March 8th.

3r is a great show especially for the female gender as we are known to be the most vulnerable creature who is prone to be treated aggressively by the male gender, shy and tend to keep things to ourselves.
By having 3r, it helps the women to understands what rights do we have as a women, it helps the women how to stand for themselves on every different difficult situation. 3r is the best and i wish 3r good luck in the future ahead! !GO 3R |

First of all, congratulations on the work well done! I must say that 3R is definitely an exciting & mind-opening programme for women. The tips on sexual harassment are very, very beneficial as we are not
always aware of how, when, where and who will be harassed.I've seen many (including myself) being harassed without noticing it, sometimes we do but we just ignore it but your show told us what should be done & that's great! |

Women in The Army
Are there women in the army? Of course, and they don't just make up the numbers. Meet women who nonchalantly jump off planes, fire cannons and set up the most hi-tech of radio communications.
 |
Nadia Binti Mohamed Azharuddin
I happened to watch your show on a career in the military and I decided to write in straight away. I am Leftenen Muda Nadia Binti Mohamed Azharuddin PSSTLDM. PSSTLDM at the end of my name stands for (Pasukan Simpanan Sukarela TLDM) which obviously means that I'm in the Navy Reserves. I am a final year student and currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science in Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam. In most universities like UiTM, a program has been introduced by the Ministry of Defense to expose students on the different and basic types of military training. That program is the Reserve Officers Training Unit or ROTU for short. In UiTM we have the ROTU Army, Navy and next semester, the ROTU Air Force.
I have been involved in the ROTU Navy for 3 years now and I love every moment of it. Our training consists of handling weapons, marching, swimming, sea training and so on. Once a year we have our training at the Naval Base in Lumut for 2 solid weeks which is done during our semester break. So you see, while everyone else is out there enjoying their holidays, here I am sweating my butt off in Lumut! I come home after 2 weeks, dark ( I mean tanned!), exhausted but completely fulfilled. Other than that we have our training in UiTM on weekends every fortnight or when the time calls for it.
We gain 2 things from joining the ROTU. One is the Diploma or Degree that we work extremely hard to achieve and the other is the rank that you get to wear with pride and honor after 3 years of blood, sweat and tears. Joining the ROTU certainly made me turn into a better person. I am more confident,
disciplined and it certainly changed my perspective towards the military. The guys have much more respect for the ladies now that we have proved to
them that the military is not just a 'guy thing'. What they can do, we can do too and in some cases, even better!
Sometimes, people come up to me and say, 'Why did you ever join the Navy?' I always answer with a simple 'Why not??!' =) It was great of you gals to have a segment on a career in the military. That was a job well done. I hope one day you can do a segment on the activities and benefits of ROTU as people
tend to have bad impressions towards us. Take care now! cya!! |

Inter-racial Friendships

 |
Nurhaizi Abdullah , Sabah
Hi! I really enjoyed the programme last night!!!!! (15/06/03). Actually masalah perkauman ni memang global dan kat Sabah pun tak ketinggalan tapi
kat sini lagi teruk iaitu masalah perbezaan bangsa (Melayu, Cina, India, Sino) dan juga suku kaum.
Saya ni berbangsa Murut so mana-mana saja saya pergi mesti tak miss kena tanya,"Eh,betulkah orang Murut ni suka main bomoh?", atau "Dengarnya Berian Kahwin orang Murut ni mahal sampai RM10,000 ke atas dan ada Adat Berian Sampai Mati pulak tu dan potong kepala!". Sampai fed up nak jawab.
Kalau nak tahu, datanglah buat survey kat Sabah. |
 |
Rosila Suleiman , Pulau Pinang
Your last week issue was fantastic. I've always ask myself a question whether everybody is like me or not? I don't judge people by the skin color but by their behaviour towards others. That's what diffrentiate one people from the other |

Episode 8
I'm not Perfect
We look for perfection in ourselves constantly. Most of us would prefer to be more articulate or to be physically more 'enhanced' or to be 'more intelligent'. Actually there is always a "If I could be more..." On 3R we challenge this view on being 'perfect' & most importantly, we attempt to face our most insecure issues! How do we do this? Watch 3R to find out, how we can 'Make A Change in Our Lives'!
Saya Tak Sempurna
 |
Jamie Chieng, Sabah
ok, this is my first time watching this show, and it's about "saya tidak sempurna". i mean, i think it's really a great coincindence~! i have problems with my self-confidence, and so are other girls, and i think that the message has helped me and given me some tips in dealing with my self-confidence... i just want to say thank you~!! hope it encouraged u guys!! keep up the good work, it is able to change lives!! truly inspiring~!! |

Nurhayati Abdul Hamid, Segambut

Be frankly to all of you, I started to love 3R days by days. It not only save my money on the monthly women's magazine, but also taught me more than I should know as a person.
Last issue had a serious impact on me especially. For your information, previously my parents worked as rubber taper. Although we live in a city but my parents have to go to plantation about 6 a.m. every morning. The plantation is about 10KM far.
Since my young age, I will try to avoid mentioning my parent's occupation to my friends whenever the case is allowed. I even feel ashamed if my mother visits me in school. That time, I feel bad just because "they are not doing more glamour job".
Until last episode of 3R, I saw how hard the women work in plantation. They need double energy than a man needed. I cried in front of TV because for the first time I can imagine my mother's (a small size woman like Yuen) sweats & hardship. Still, they insist give the best to their children.
Although she is now a businesswoman doing small business, I guess I'm starting to appreciate her the most now. Not judging by her occupation but her unselfish loves that given us.
I stay at home that night with my mom. In fact, I should stay at home every Sunday night start from now. |

I am interested in your episode last week 'Living on your own'..I find that it was an eye opener because I am currently staying with my parents and have been staying with them all my life. Recently the thought of moving out to be more independant crossed my mind.
Little that I know how such a move will effect you emotionally and will somehow changed your life if it is not handled in a positive manner. Your tips and sharing sure comes in handy when the time is right for me to move on.
Thank you and kudos to 3R for bringing up such an issue that sometimes seems like no big deal on the surface. Look fwd to your next show.. |
